HERMON - Edward J. Seror, 49, of 90 Main St., Colton, was charged with petit larceny by state police at 3:00 p.m. Friday.

He allegedly stole a purse and a wallet from a woman at Zorro’s Bar in Hermon on Thursday.

He is scheduled to appear in Hermon Town Court.
