The Christmas Tree Shops franchise will open a location in Watertown in March, according to an employment advertisement on the company’s website.

Bed Bath & Beyond, which owns the retail chain, has not disclosed where the shop will be and did not return several calls made by the Times this week.

Christmas Tree Shops, founded on Cape Cod in 1970, offers discounted prices on holiday home decor, gifts, housewares, food, paper goods and seasonal products year-round.
