DISORDERLY CONDUCT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police picked up George S. Felix, 47, of 81 Grantville Road, Norfolk, Friday morning on a bench warrant for failure to pay a $225 fine and surcharge for a disorderly conduction conviction in Norfolk Town Court. The warrant was signed Jan. 10 by Norfolk Town Justice Donald G. Lustyik. Felix was arraigned on the warrant by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $250 cash or $500 bond. He is scheduled to reappear at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Norfolk Town Court.



BENCH WARRANT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police police picked up Dustin T. Gotham, 23, of 75 West Main St., Apt. 1, Norfolk, Friday morning on two bench warrants. Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow had signed a warrant on Dec. 31 after Gotham failed to appear as directed for a scheduled court appearance on petit larceny and false personation charges. He had signed a separate warrant that same day citing Gotham for failing to appear for a scheduled court date on a third-degree assault count. Gotham was arraigned on the warrants and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a three-vehicle property damage accident at 3:46 p.m. Thursday on state Route 56, near Route 37, in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Thomas Lee Clark, 16, of Massena; Vincent E. McGraw, 46, of Massena; and Megan E. Deon, 25, of Norfolk.
