CANTON — Two town of Canton residents were charged Wednesday night with fighting in front of a small child, St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies said.

Stephen E. Ashley Jr., 22, and Angela M. Ashley, 24, both of 11 Jameson Road, Lot 19, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

They are to appear in Canton Town Court.
