AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Lisa A. Pitts, 21, of 9851 state Route 56, Massena, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for following too closely at 7:11 p.m. Wednesday following an incident on South Main Street.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brandon M. Hayden, 25, of 82 Stoughton Ave., Massena, for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance at 4:29 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Main Street.
