POTSDAM — Jennifer Hamel stopped all 29 shots she faced as the Utica College women’s hockey team blanked SUNY Potsdam, 2-0, in an ECAC West conference game at Cheel Arena on Sunday afternoon.

Megan Myers scored on the power play for the Pioneers (6-6-1, 4-3-1), while Kelsey Dowdall also had a marker. Louise Steele-Norton assisted on both goals.

Dawna Salvarinas turned aside 35 shots for the Bears (6-9-2, 2-6-1).
