LOWVILLE State police say a man walked uninvited into a mobile home prior to 9 p.m. Saturday and helped himself to the residents telephone.
Robert O. Mono, 26, of 7499 S. State St., was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal trespass, and is summoned to appear in town of Watson Court.
Police said he was in the home of Danny T. Gudridge, 5543 River Road, Lot 18, town of Watson, when he called his roommate, Franklin Larkins. Mr. Larkins asked him where he was calling from, and he replied he did not know, police said. But he had been there before, police said, because Mr. Gudridge had previously told him he was not wanted there.
Mr. Gudridge was not home at the time, police said.
