POTSDAM — Jerome A. Burks, 34, Potsdam, was charged Saturday by village police with criminal mischief.

Mr. Burks allegedly was involved in an argument on Raquette Road during which he damaged a door and a wall at a residence.

He is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Village Court.
