POTSDAM — Christopher A. Capone, 31, Potsdam, was charged by village police at 2:36 a.m. Saturday with endangering the welfare of a child.

Mr. Capone was involved in a domestic dispute on Elm Street that took place in front of a child, police said.

He is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Village Court.
