Luke T. Ledyard, 28, of 685 Oswego Ave., Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown city police with disorderly conduct early Saturday after he allegedly punched an unidentified male in the face and started toward another male in the middle of Polk Street.

Mr. Ledyard was processed at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building before being turned over to Fort Drum military police with an appearance ticket answerable in City Court.
