MASSENA — Ruth A. Petra, 55, of 94 Maple St., Lot 20, was charged by village police with petit larceny at 2:33 p.m. Saturday.

She is accused of stealing clothing, nail polish, jewelry and other assorted merchandise from Walmart, 43 Stephenville St., and is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court.
