Ilene R. Pepper, 38, of 302-D Walker Ave., is due to appear in City Court to face a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, cited Thursday by city police.

She is accused of grabbing Daniell Gibson, 39, causing Mrs. Gibson to nearly drop the 1-year-old child she was holding, police said. The incident occurred Thursday morning in the Pepper apartment, police said.
