Sandra “Jean” Taplin, 69, of Richland passed away Tuesday at her home. Per Jean’s wishes there will be no services or calling hours. Private spring burial will be in Richland Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ray Pennock Scholarship Fund in care of Kirk Ellis, 2172 Co. Rt. 48 Lacona, NY 13083. Arrangements by Summerville Funeral Home in Sandy Creek.
