LYONS FALLS — Shannon L. Brown, 34, of 7560 Lyonsdale Road, was charged Wednesday by state police with endangering the welfare of a child in connection with an alleged incident in October.

Police said she is accused of smoking marijuana Oct. 18 in the presence of two youths, ages 14 and 16. She is ordered to appear in town of Lyonsdale Court.
