REDWOOD Derek J. Wagoner, 30, of 43785 First St., was arrested by state police Tuesday on a charge of third-degree burglary in connection with a garage intrusion in December.
He was being held Wednesday in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, with bail set at $2,500 by Alexandria Town Justice Lewis H. Perry Jr.
Mr. Wagoner is accused of stealing a stereo unit from a garage in Redwood between Dec. 10 and 12, according to police.
He also has prosecution pending on a second-degree burglary count lodged in September involving a $1,000 cash theft from a house in Fishers Landing.
Two other people were charged previously with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property in connection with the garage burglary investigation. They are Joy M. Owens, 28, and Jason A. Harvey, 28, both of 916 Strawberry Lane, Clayton.
