POTSDAM — Village police received a call Tuesday afternoon from a woman who said she was stuck in a car wash.

According to a police blotter entry, the unnamed woman called police at 4:55 p.m.

“She was provided instructions via the phone on how to get the door open and the station owner was notified of the problem,” the blotter entry states.

The entry did not indicate where the incident took place.

A call to village police for further information was not immediately returned Wednesday afternoon.
