POTSDAM — Kellie N. Wehr, 19, of 1521 County Route 25, Canton, and Arijanna M. Powers, 20, of 103 State St., Rensselaer Falls, were charged by state police with petit larceny at 9:45 p.m. Saturday.

The pair allegedly attempted to shoplift women’s underwear and makeup from Walmart, 7494 Route 11.

Both are scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
