Twice in November a city man was charged by Watertown police with unlawfully dealing with a child for allegedly providing alcoholic beverages to underage people. His third related arrest occurred early Friday.
Jonathan P. Kruger, 21, of 303 Keyes Ave., is facing a different charge in the latest investigation: criminal nuisance. He was detained for arraignment in City Court.
Police allege that despite several prior warnings, Mr. Kruger allowed alcohol consumption early Friday in his residence. His unlawfully dealing charges lodged Nov. 12 and again three days later are still unresolved in City Court, according to the court clerks office.
Police discovered the Friday morning activity when officers responded to the Kruger residence to deal with an unwanted person complaint called in at 1:42 a.m. by Jonathan O. McCargar, same address.
Tyler J. McAllister, 22, of 269 Flower Ave. W., was cited with trespassing for allegedly ignoring repeated orders to leave the house, police said.
