ALEXANDRIA BAY — Willis T. Baughman, 47, of 45381 Otter St., was charged by state police Thursday with petit larceny in a theft reported June 2 at a residence in the town of Theresa.

He is accused of stealing $180 from a wallet in the home of Jennifer Sage, Joyner Road, Theresa, and is ordered to appear in Theresa Town Court, police said.
