WATSON — Jeffrey F. Jantzi, 35, of 6563 Pine Grove Road, Glenfield, was arrested by state police Thursday night on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt.

Police said he drove early Thursday morning to the home of Carissa Blair, 31, on Loson Road in the town of Watson, parked in her driveway, and began beeping his horn. The actions violated stay-away terms of a Family Court order of protection, police said.

Mr. Jantzi was released without bail following arraignment in Lowville Village Court.
