Kristi L. Fravel, 26, of 717 State St., Apt. 2, was charged by Watertown police at about 3 a.m. Saturday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

It is alleged that at about 2:30 a.m. she pushed a wicker shelving unit onto Erich A. Horeth, same address, damaging the unit that belonged to Lori J. Horeth. She is due to answer the charges in City Court.
