A Watertown man was injured Wednesday when he crashed his all-terrain vehicle into a parked vehicle on Binsse Street.

City police said Billy J. Beach Jr., 21, of 704 LeRay St., was driving an ATV on LeRay Street when he lost control of it on icy roadways as he attempted to turn onto Binsse Street. The vehicle struck an unoccupied vehicle owned by William W. Gleason II, 39, of 695 LeRay St. Police said Mr. Beach left he scene, but later sought treatment at Samaritan Medical Center for an unspecified leg injury. He was charged with operating an unregistered and uninsured ATV and with operating it on a roadway where its use is not permitted.
