Evelyn G. Phelps, 83, County Rt. 138, Calcium, passed away Sunday evening, December 23, 2012, at Hospice of Jefferson County at the Ellis Farm, Watertown.

Calling hours at Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown will be from 2 - 5PM on Saturday, January 5, 2013. At the time of the calling hours, the family requests everyone bring a photo of Evelyn to share with the family. Burial in Lakeside Cemetery, Sackets Harbor will be at the convenience of the family.
