Funeral services for William Graham, age 88, of South Water Street, Ogdensburg, are incomplete with Frary Funeral Home.

Mr. Graham passed away on Christmas Day at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.

Among his survivors is his wife, Barbara.
