EDWARDS — Paul M. Toohey, 46, of 16 Trout Lake Road, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with assault at 11 p.m. Sunday.

Mr. Toohey allegedly assaulted his brother during a domestic dispute.

He was taken to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, and held on $500 bail.
