MASSENA — Joseph W. McGregor, 26, of 3 Church St., was charged with burglary and petit larceny by village police at 10:53 a.m. Monday.

Mr. McGregor allegedly stole the hard drive out of an Xbox 360 gaming console that was kept in a locked case at Walmart.

He was taken to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, and held on $250 bail.
