Stacy L. Juczak, 25, of 505 Washington St., Apt. 103, was charged by city police Sunday afternoon at her residence with falsely reporting an incident and making a punishable false statement. Police said she told police during a domestic incident on Dec. 4. She was given an appearance ticket for Jan. 7 in city court.
