The Watertown Small Business Development Center will offer its entrepreneurial training course in the classroom and online this winter.

The seven-week classroom course will be held Thursday evenings from Jan. 10 through Feb. 21 at Jefferson Community College. The online version, to run from Jan. 28 through May 6, will cover the same materials.

The course is geared toward people interested in expanding or starting a small business. It will feature guest speakers from fields including advertising, law, accounting and insurance. Students will learn how to develop a business plan and determine the type of insurance they would need.
