GOUVERNEUR – Thelma Moe, 85, died Friday at the E.J. Noble Hospital in Gouverneur.

There are no calling hours, and a funeral Mass will be held Thursday, Dec. 27 at 2 p.m. at the St. James Catholic Church, Gouverneur. Arrangements are with the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
