Tyler D. Collins, 19, of 121 Maywood Terrace, awaits prosecution in City Court on two counts of petit larceny in unrelated incidents.
Watertown police initially charged him Thursday in a theft Wednesday afternoon at McDonalds, 924 Arsenal St. He is accused of stealing a shoulder bag belonging to Kylie S. Hall, Black River, that contained a uniform, her paycheck and body spray, according to police.
Late Saturday, he was cited in the alleged shoplifting of three packs of cigarettes priced at a total of $28.83 at Sugarcreek, 508 Mill St., police said.
Mr. Collins is serving five years probation after being convicted of third-degree burglary and two counts of attempted third-degree burglary in Lewis County Court in July.
