Nathan J. Smith, 21, of 66 Anthony St., Apt. J, Alexandria Bay, was arrested by Watertown police early Saturday on two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief in connection with a disturbance on LeRay Street.

Police said he is accused of kicking a hole in the bathroom door and kicking and damaging a washing machine shortly before 1 a.m. in the apartment of Nichole A. Smith, 881 LeRay St.

He was detained for arraignment in City Court.
