LOWVILLE — The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office at 4:20 p.m. rescinded a travel advisory for the county issued earlier in the day. The advisory, which began at 8:30 a.m., warned of potential hazardous driving conditions due to blowing snow and snow and ice covered roads.
