Police: Watertown man disorderly on street

Watertown police charged Mark R. VanAllen, 39, of 418 Arsenal St., Apt. 3, with disorderly conduct shortly before noon Tuesday in front of his home.

Police said he was outdoors shouting profanities and threats at people.
