Ogdensburg police arrested Jessica A. Dusharm, 24, of 616 King St., at 5:15 p.m. Monday at her home on a city court bench warrant. She was released with an appearance ticket.

City police arrested George W. Durand, 33, of 834 Ford St., at 1:01 p.m. on the 400 block of Ford Street on Tuesday on a warrant from Oswegatchie Town Court for petit larceny. He was turned over to state police.
