PULASKI A town of Richland man was sentenced Friday to 10 years in federal prison for possessing firearms while being a convicted felon.
Dustin L. Butchino, 22, whose last known address was 205 N. Fernwood Road, also was ordered in U.S. District Court, Syracuse, to undergo two additional years of supervision upon his release for May 2 guilty pleas to both counts of an indictment alleging that he possessed two 12-gauge shotguns during the summer of 2010 after previously having been convicted of a felony. Both guns had been stolen during residential burglaries in Oswego County.
