RODMAN Christina M. Manners, 27, of 13560 County Route 68, was charged Tuesday by state police with harassment after she allegedly kneed her former boyfriend in the groin and punched him in the face.
The incident occurred Tuesday morning at her residence while Michael R. Sherman, 30, of 7309 Baker Road, Adams, was there to take visitation custody of their child, police said.
Ms. Manners was charged with felony criminal mischief in April 2011 after she burned some of Mr. Shermans clothing. She subsequently pleaded guilty to harassment, was assessed a $220 fine and court fees, and was ordered to perform community service, according to the Jefferson County District Attorneys Office.
