CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MASSENA - Canton-based state police charged Danielle M. Clark, 17, of Hermon with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at 10:06 a.m. Tuesday in the town of Potsdam.

HARASSMENT - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police reported Wednesday that Sara J. Peary, 33, of St. Regis Falls had been charged with second-degree harassment on Nov. 28. The arrest was made at 1127 South River Road, Lot 246, St. Regis Falls. Troopers said the charge stemmed from a complaint received Nov. 14 from the town of Waverly.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police said James J. Begor, 55, of Brushton and Sarah E. Dufrane, 29, of Malone were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday on the Lower Flat Rock Road, near state Route 37, in the town of Westville.
