Heroin residue was found on a spoon in a vehicle halted Saturday night in the 400 block of Factory Street, according to city police.

Keva L. Shenk, 22, of 629 Lillian St., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a stop sign infraction, and failure to display a rear license plate. She is due to appear in City Court.
