City police charged Shyanne M. Lammers, 16, of 325 S. Meadow St., Apt. C, with second-degree harassment after she allegedly threw a cup of water at an officer Sunday afternoon.

According to police, Miss Lammers threw the plastic cup of water at Officer Glenn M. Brady while he was conducting an interview at her home.

She was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where she was processed and released with an appearance ticket for City Court.
