A Fort Drum man was charged by Watertown police after allegedly attempting to engage in a fight about 1 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Arsenal Street.

Police said Thomas A. Mosley, 22, of 10138 4th Armored Division Drive, was yelling and screaming while attempting to pull away from people holding him back from the fight.

He was processed at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building before being released to military custody with appearance tickets for City Court.
