WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Robert Sich scored two goals and goalie Michael DiLorenzo made 48 saves as the Williamsport Outlaws defeated the Thousand Islands Privateers, 5-2, on Thursday night in a Federal Hockey League game at Bowman Field.

Trevor Karasiewicz and Matt Smyth each tallied a goal and an assist as the Outlaws avenged a 7-6 overtime loss at home to the Privateers last Saturday.

DiLorenzo, who was also credited with an assist, stopped 48 of 50 shots, including 35 over the first two periods, to register his first win of the season for Williamsport (13-11).

Nick Williams and Justin MacDonald each scored in the third period for Thousand Islands (12-9) and goalie Matt Anthony finished with 36 stops.

The Privateers play at the Cape Cod Bluefins at 6:35 tonight and will host Cape Cod at 7:35 on Saturday night.
