BLACK RIVER — Nichole A. Gottschalk, 22, of 27882 Route 342, Black River, was charged by state police on Thursday with petit larceny. She is accused of taking a cable modem, valued at $89.97 from the LeRay Walmart. She was given an appearance ticket for LeRay Town Court.
