AKWESASNE – Mrs. Jacqueline J. “Butchie” Francis, 66, of 9 Third Street, St. Regis, peacefully passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 11, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family.Friends may call at the Akwesasne Homemakers beginning Wednesday, 7:00 PM until 10:00 AM Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday 11:00 AM at St. Regis Catholic Church with Rev. Jerome Pastores, celebrating. Burial following cremation will be in Kateri Cemetery.
