CANTON — Kara McDuffee scored 18 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead the St. Lawrence University women’s basketball team to a 74-37 win over SUNY Canton in a nonconference women’s basketball game Tuesday night at SUNY Canton.

Lauren Quattrocchi scored 13 points for the Saints (4-3 overall), and Cassie St. Hilaire added 12. Megan Morrow led SUNY Canton (5-5) with 13 points.

■ Frank Mitchell scored 20 points and Andrei Oztemel tossed in 18 to lead the Ithaca College men’s basketball team to an 82-63 victory over St. Lawrence University in a nonconference contest at SLU.

Sean Rossi scored 11 points and had seven assists for the Bombers (4-3 overall) and Tom Sweeney scored 12. Brady Condlin led the Saints (2-5) with 19 points. Janpeter Brase scored 14 and Payton Stahler had 11 for SLU.
