A Glen Park man is facing four charges following a disturbance early Wednesday in the 400 block of Factory Street.
Watertown police allege that James E. Gordon, 42, of 734 Main St., grabbed Yvonne A. Tyler, Watertown, by her arm and pulled her, then took away her cellphone while she was calling 911.
While he was being arrested, police said, he went down to the ground on his back, holding his hands close to his body to avoid handcuffing.
He was detained for arraignment in City Court on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment.
