A Carthage man is summoned to LeRay Town Court for the alleged theft of $1,177 from his grandparents’ bank account.

Kenneth D. Clark, 20, of 23581 Pennock Road, was charged Tuesday night by state police with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Police said a complaint was filed Nov. 21 about unauthorized withdrawals from an account being managed by the daughters of an elderly couple who are in a nursing home.

The investigation revealed Mr. Clark used a debit card that his mother possessed for her parents’ account, police said.
