GOUVERNEUR — Dylan E. Miller, 17, of 1410 Johnstown St., Apt. 1, was charged by state police with criminal trespass and criminal mischief at 10:15 p.m. Saturday.

Mr. Miller allegedly attempted to enter his mother’s residence at 224 Quarry Road. When he found the residence was locked, he broke the glass door, according to troopers.

He is scheduled to appear in Gouverneur Town Court.
