■ CAPE VINCENT — The town Planning Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday has been canceled. The board next meets Jan. 9.

■ CAPE VINCENT — The community’s Christmas parade has been rescheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday. The annual parade begins at St. Vincent of Paul Church on Kanady Street and travels down Broadway.

■ LOWVILLE — The Lewis County Chamber of Commerce will hold a Business After Hours event from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Journal and Republican office, 7576 S. State St. Attendees will be entered into a drawing for an iPad Mini. Call the chamber office at 376-2213 to register.
