Theodore N. Kern III, 37, of 1737 Burns Ave., Apt. D, was arrested by Watertown police Sunday afternoon on a charge of felony criminal contempt following a domestic fight in his home.

He additionally was cited with harassment and was detained for arraignment Monday in City Court.

Police documents allege that shortly before 3:30 p.m. Sunday, he grabbed a cellphone from his wife, Heather M. Kern, same address. Police said the act violated a City Court order of protection that was issued following his arrest on June 16, when he was charged with felony criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
