Michael J. Pierce, 22, of 20192 Beutel Road, Watertown, was arrested early Sunday by state police in the town of Rodman on charges of first-degree criminal contempt and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
The charges stemmed from a domestic dispute in which he allegedly ignored stay-away terms of an order of protection by being at the residence of his estranged wife, Desiree D. Pierce, on Pork Hill Road in the town of Rodman,
Mr. Pierce was arraigned before Rodman Town Justice Rodney R. Tamblin and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $1,500 bail.
He was charged in late September by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with second-degree criminal contempt, also for allegedly being at the residence.
